Using this website
These terms describe use of the AQDMZ website and shopping services. Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access another person’s account.
Products, images and prices
Product descriptions identify the item, options and included contents. Lifestyle images may include styling objects that are not part of the product. Colours can vary by screen. Prices are displayed in USD; applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment. We may correct listing errors, and will contact affected customers if an error impacts an order.
Orders and payment
An order must be successfully submitted and payment confirmed before it can be processed. A shopping bag or payment logo alone is not an accepted or paid order. Online payments are being connected and are not available yet. For assistance, contact our customer care team. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled order.
Shipping and returns
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of receipt. The Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds pages explain the full process and conditions.
Website content and availability
Branding, photographs and written content on this site should not be reused commercially without the relevant permission. We may update the site or interrupt access for maintenance. Changes to these terms are published here and do not remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.
