Destinations and order processing
We ship to United States. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
Delivery estimates and charges
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and can be affected by carrier conditions. Available shipping services and charges are displayed before an order is paid; a delivery estimate does not imply free shipping.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Allow time for the carrier to register its first scan.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund. If a dispatched parcel appears delayed or missing, email service@aqdmz.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Delivery problems
For damaged packaging, incorrect items or missing contents, keep the packaging and send your order number and photographs to service@aqdmz.com. See Returns & refunds for further help.
