Requesting a return
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging and proof of purchase.
How to start
Email service@aqdmz.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions and correct address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the dispatch address may not be the return address.
Return shipping and charges
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded, except where required by law. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and confirm the shipping instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. We will review the issue and discuss a replacement, return or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. If you have not received an expected refund, contact us with your order number.
Order changes and your rights
To request a cancellation or change before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
